The FINEOS Innovation & Excellence Awards

At the 2010 Summit, we will announce our first winners of The FINEOS Innovation & Excellence Awards, which have been established to recognize our clients' use of FINEOS technology to deliver business innovation or to achieve operational excellence. These awards offer clients a unique opportunity to gain recognition both within their organizations and amongst industry peers. They also enable the extended FINEOS user community to learn from best practices and successes achieved with FINEOS Claims.

Awards will be given in three categories:

• Maximizing the Impact of FINEOS Product Capability
• Delivering Excellence in Customer Service
• Delivering Excellence in Business Innovation

Winners will be chosen by a judging panel chaired by FINEOS Chief Operations Officer, Paddy Meany. Awards, which will include Summit travel and accommodation expenses*, will be presented at the FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2010 in Chicago. Award winners will also be invited to present at the Summit.

Video testimonials from FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2009	FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2009 The third annual FINEOS Claims Global Summit was held in Chicago at the InterContinental Hotel November 3 - 5, 2009. The event was keynoted by Novarica analyst, Karlyn Carnahan who spoke on trends in Claims technology. Sessions were given by FINEOS clients, partners, and internal experts alike, and included presentations from the Accident Compensation Corporation, Principal Financial Group, Crowe Paradis, and more (click to view 2009 agenda). It was at this Summit that Ian Lynagh, Executive Vice President of FINEOS, announced the launch of next year's FINEOS Innovation and Excellence Awards to honor FINEOS clients' use of claims technology to achieve operational excellence within their organizations.

Photos from FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2008	FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2008 The second annual FINEOS Claims Global Summit took place in Boston at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel November 5 - 7, 2008. The event keynote address "Technology-Enabled Claims Performance Improvement, "was given by Gartner analyst Stephen Forte. Client best practice presentations were given by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Assurant and CommInsure. Event sponsors included the Reed Group, Claim Analytics and IBM. Attendees were treated to a dinner reception at Boston's Old State House, the oldest surviving public building in Boston.
Photos from Fineos Claims Global Summit 2007	FINEOS Claims Global Summit 2007 The inaugural FINEOS Claims Global Summit took place in Chicago at the Drake Hotel, October 21-23, 2007. Best practice presentations were given by clients including the Accident Compensation Corporation and Delta Lloyd. The keynote presentation, entitled, "Unlocking Sustained Business Value from IT Investments," was given by Professor Joe Peppard, Head of Information Systems at Cranfield School of Management. The dinner reception was held at Chicago's famous Gibson's Steakhouse.
