Philip Small
Non-Executive Director

Based in Sydney, Australia, Philip Small was appointed a Non-Executive Director of FINEOS Corporation Limited in April 2006. Philip has been involved in the insurance and banking software industry since 1985 and has a detailed knowledge of the market in Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions as a technology executive and most recently served as President of CSC's Financial Services Group in Asia Pacific, a position he held until 2001.

Prior to CSC, Philip worked for Continuum where he was responsible for operations in Asia Pacific between 1993 and 1996. Previously, he worked for Paxus Corporation where he headed up the company's European division from 1988 to 1993 and led its expansion to become the leading provider of insurance software in Europe.

At present, Philip is a Non-Executive Director of Pillar Administration, a New South Wales state owned corporation involved in the administration of retirement savings accounts, and consults to a number of privately owned IT companies in Australia.
