Managed Solutions announces partnership deal with Systor AG to help leverage lucrative French, German and Swiss financial services markets

May 3, 2000 - Managed Solutions Corporation, the only Customer Relationship Management (CRM), workflow and life and pensions solutions provider exclusively devoted to financial services, has signed a partnership agreement with Systor AG, a leading IT partner for financial services providers in Europe's major financial centres.

The agreement will see Swiss-based Systor market and implement Managed Solutions' integrated front- to back-office solutions to the life insurance and banking sector across the French, German and Swiss markets. Managed Solutions' complete suite includes Workwise, an automated workflow component that integrates seamlessly with Clientwise, the CRM component and Lifewise, a total front-to-back administration, workflow and CRM solution that enables life and bancassurance companies to do business across all channels, including the web.

The deal allows Managed Solutions, which has offices in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands and the US, to further develop its customer base by leveraging Systor's strong presence at the hub of Europe's financial sector.
