FINEOS to provide Eagle Star with Contact Management Solution

September 3, 2001 - Dublin - FINEOS, Ireland's leading provider of enterprise solutions for banking and insurance, has announced that Eagle Star Life is to implement its Contact Management Solution (CMS).

This implementation will enable Eagle Star to consolidate its existing customer contact systems and provide its sales, service and administration staff with an integrated e-view of all customer correspondence. Ultimately, this will allow the company to further build on its service through greater efficiency in dealing with customer and insurance broker enquiries.

Due to go live in December 2001, the CMS will provide Eagle Star with a 200-seat allocation and incorporate FileNET Imaging. The benefit of introducing this CMS is twofold. Firstly, it will greatly increase the speed at which documents can be retrieved and hence queries dealt with. Secondly, it is more environmentally friendly as in the majority of cases, paper copies no longer will have to be stored.

This deal is set to build on the success of FINEOS in the UK market with the recent announcement that First National Bank is to implement the FINEOS enterprise CRM solution.
