Managed Solutions and Kudelski & Partners AG announce partnership deal to bring enterprise-wide life and bancassurance systems to Switzerland's finance centres

September 22, 2000 - Zurich and Dublin, Ireland - Managed Solutions Corporation, Europe's leading provider of front- to back-office customer and contract management solutions for the banking and insurance sectors, has signed a partnership agreement with Kudelski & Partners AG, a leading European management consultancy organisation for financial services.

With offices in Zurich and Wädenswil, Kudelski & Partners AG provides a range of banking consultancy and project management services to banks and financial institutions. Under the agreement Swiss-based Kudelski will market Managed Solutions' integrated suite of front- to back-office solutions to the life insurance and banking sectors across Switzerland's main financial centres.

Lifewise is the world's first component-based solution to combine the complete marketing, sales and customer service functions of the front office through workflow automation to back-office policy administration for the life and pensions industry.

The deal, which follows a partnership deal that Managed Solutions signed in June with Systor AG, the Swiss-based financial services systems integrator, is an indication of Managed Solutions' resolve to consolidate its market presence in Switzerland.
