Managed Solutions Corporation expands into ScandinaviaOctober 16, 2000 - Copenhagen and Dublin - Managed Solutions Corporation (MSC), Ireland’s leading global provider of multi-channel CRM and contract management solutions for the banking and insurance sectors, has expanded into Scandinavia with the opening of an operation in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company has also commenced a recruitment drive as part of its expansion plans into Scandinavia and the Baltic regions. MSC already employs 240 people at its offices in Dublin, the UK, the Netherlands, and USA. Customers include Britannia Group, Northern Rock, Derbyshire Building Society, Legal & General (UK), Canada Life (UK & Ireland), Reaal, Royal Nederland Leven (Netherlands) and Friends First (Ireland). Speaking at the announcement, Michael Kelly, Managing Director, MSC said: "Scandinavia is a key geographic area for our expansion, with its sophisticated banking and financial services industry. With this expansion we will introduce Lifewise, the world’s first front- to back-office solution for insurance companies, to the region." Lifewise is an e-business solution for the life and pensions industry that automates an entire business - CRM, workflow and contract administration - across all distribution channels, including the web.
