Managed Solutions Corporation's latest OASiS release is fully equipped to support emerging channels

December 7, 1999 - Dublin - Managed Solutions Corporation, the Dublin-based financial services software provider, has launched OASiS 4.0, the latest version of the technical architecture underlying its suite of component-based applications.

Representing a significant upgrade, OASiS 4.0, as well as providing enhanced system capability, will allow financial services companies to do business over the internet and through digital TV. As a result, Managed Solutions' CRM, workflow automation and product administration components can now offer internet-enabled access to remote users.

With this advance, field sales agents and intermediaries can join enterprise-wide users in accessing full customer information. From the call centre to mobile sales units, users will be able to trigger workflow automation and set administrative tasks in motion from desktop PCs, laptops, personal digital assistants or web-TV - from anywhere, at anytime.

The new upgrade will allow customers to have direct access to their own records, without compromising security - enabling both individual customer self-service and enhanced partner collaboration from corporate customers. For the first time, customers will be empowered with ready administrative functionality and product enquiry.

Managed Solutions' software currently processes between 300 and 400 million transactions annually at customer sites. This figure is set to increase to billions of transactions annually within 18 months, due to OASiS 4.0's advanced e-commerce and internet support.
