Appointment of Ward Graffam to Support FINEOS' Global Expansion

Dublin, Ireland, February 15, 2010 - FINEOS Corporation, a global provider of innovative enterprise software solutions for Insurance and Government Social Insurance, today announced the appointment of Mr Ward Graffam as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Graffam has been on the FINEOS Board since 2008 and is a lawyer by profession. He has over 40 years of national and international experience in insurance, a large portion of which was spent with UNUM Corporation where he was President and Managing Director of UNUM European Holding Company, Chairman of UNUM UK and a Senior Vice President of UNUM America in the U.S. Today Mr Graffam is a member of several for-profit and non-profit boards of directors and a consultant to a number of businesses on strategic issues. UNUM has dominated the market in Disability Income Protection Insurance for decades. In North America it has been the number one carrier in Group and Individual Disability Insurance for 32 consecutive years. In the U.K, Unum is ranked first in Group Income Protection, first in Critical Illness and second in Group Life.

FINEOS has just concluded a number of new claims deals which will be announced shortly. In the last twelve months it signed a record-breaking number of clients for its FINEOS Claims product including Thorntons & Partners (Ireland), FBD Insurance (Ireland), Macquarie (Australia), SalusAnsvar (Sweden) and Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board (Canada).
