The FINEOS professional services team is responsible for the implementation of FINEOS solutions. Our expert team of business consultants, technical consultants, and project managers engage with client’s project team to ensure an efficient, cost effective and professional implementation of the FINEOS solution. FINEOS professional services team is also capable of delivering solutions as the implementation team lead, co-delivering a project through a network of services partners, or working with other third-party implementation teams as initiated by our clients. The FINEOS support team provides individual and comprehensive support to our clients at both the global and local level. FINEOS support personnel are strategically based throughout our regions - so they can respond to client needs on their timeframes - while being tightly networked into the central FINEOS knowledgebase. The FINEOS training team is focused on providing clients with the skills and knowledge they need to successfully implement and utilize their FINEOS solutions. Through a broad curriculum of training courses and a comprehensive offering of course materials and documentation, the training team provides educational offerings at both the product and technical levels. The FINEOS product research and development team is focused on developing the innovative solutions that our clients have come to rely on. FINEOS strategically invests in research & development and has committed more than 500 person years to the development of our solutions to date.
