FINEOS have a dedicated team of professional Training Consultants, who in cooperation with FINEOS Product Research and Development and FINEOS Professional Services, draw on many years global enterprise platform experience across 80+ implementations to develop a comprehensive curriculum of courses focused on meeting the requirements of the variety of roles that exist in your organisation. These courses are available for delivery either on site or in one of the FINEOS dedicated regional training centres.

The FINEOS Global Training Services team provides our clients and partners with the skills and knowledge they need to facilitate the effective implementation of our solutions.  This ensures:

We deliver product training to key members of your project team (both business and technical), members of your business configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT) teams, as well as to those involved in the delivery of your end user training. The training program is grouped into two streams - business and technical - and both streams contain courses that are directly linked to the various components of our software. All classes are limited to a maximum of eight delegates to ensure everyone meets their individual learning objectives.

FINEOS Global Training Services have two distinct services depending on our client's requirements and availability

Public Schedule:

We provide our complete curriculum of introductory courses on a 6 week cycle throughout the year in our company headquarters in Dublin (Ireland) and our capability centres in Melbourne (Australia), Wellington (New Zealand) and Boston (USA). This service ensures that we are available on an on-going basis as your staffing needs change and provide the most up to date product information.

On Site Training Consultancy:

Though all training courses are pre-defined, FINEOS also develops bespoke training programmes in order to maximize their effectiveness during project implementation. The FINEOS Global Training Services team factors in the exact needs of the participants based on the planned usage of our products and the competence levels and experience of individuals attending the courses. In co-operation with the client's key stakeholders, a unique Training Plan is defined and managed by a Training Project Coordinator, in order to facilitate effective knowledge transfer to the Implementation Team and End-User Team. This plan is then executed at a time and location most suited to optimal integration with the project lifecycle.

FINEOS recognise that the success of any project depends on the people involved. Our mission statement is to "provide the RIGHT training, to the RIGHT people, at the RIGHT time". Because each client's needs vary, we take a consultative approach to training by identifying individuals specific requirements through a process of participant profiling. Whether participants are attending the public schedule or dedicated on site events, their specific learninng objectives are managed through the consultancy process (illustrated).
