FINEOS Business Architecture

FINEOS business architecture is the top layer of the componentized FINEOS Enterprise Platform and is comprised of business-specific content and configuration, ensuring that FINEOS’ products are deliverable with a minimum of configuration required.  For the most complex implementations, further configuration to meet an institution ’s specific needs is always available. 

FINEOS’ business architecture builds on the FINEOS application architecture which contains the generic functionality unique to each business process (claims, new business, etc.) as well as the FINEOS technical architecture, a platform for powerful business process automation and management.
