FINEOS Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC)

FINEOS’ project managers also come from the insurance and banking industry and have practical FINEOS implementation experience.  FINEOS mainly adheres to the PRINCE II project methodology, although the company has also developed its own in-house methodology based on our extensive project experience called FINEOS Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC). The purpose of SILC is to ensure that our consultants engage with our customers in a consistent manner during the implementation life cycle and also that our customers know up-front what to expect at each stage of a project. 

Underlying the SILC methodology is the principle of implementing as swiftly as possible to de-risk the issues that a protracted engagement may bring. In using SILC, our focus is on ensuring that an earlier return on investment (ROI) is achieved.  Our consultants can work closely with your project team during a post-implementation benefit realization phase to ensure that the final solution is refined and operating optimally for your business.
