Training Services

FINEOS offers a broad curriculum of training for our solutions as well as custom training courses either during the implementation or post-deployment.  We offer these courses in our company headquarters and capability centers (Dublin, Boston, Melbourne) or on-site at our client’s designated facility.

The FINEOS Training Services team provides our customers and partners with the skills and knowledge they need to facilitate the effective implementation of our solutions.  This ensures:

• Increased productivity through a detailed understanding of the full functionality of the product
• Maximum optimization of the configuration capabilities of our solution during its implementation
• Faster resolution of problems through the effective transfer of knowledge from our expert consultants to your business and technical super user groups

We deliver product training to key members of your project team (both business and technical), members of your business configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT) teams, as well as to those involved in the delivery of your end user training. The training program is grouped into two streams - product and technical - and both streams contain courses that are directly linked to the various components of our software. All classes are limited to a maximum of eight delegates to ensure everyone meets their individual learning objectives.
