I joined Fineos in 2013 as a Software test engineer after graduating from University College Cork with a degree in Business Information Systems. The buddy system provided by Fineos made the transition from college to working life a lot easier, on-the-job training enabled me to a gain a huge knowledge of the Fineos product which meant I became more comfortable performing my day to day tasks. I work with a great deal of highly experienced people who are always available for support and help at any time no question is ever to small. It is fast pace learning environment but Fineos equip you with the tools you need to not only keep up but to excel in your job. Fineos also have a vibrant social club with monthly activities which helps you to get to know your colleagues on a more social level.
