FINEOS Corporation, a global provider of innovative enterprise software solutions for insurance, bancassurance, and social insurance, has welcomed the Hon. The visit was in recognition of FINEOS’ consistent growth in Australasia and to discuss the planned expansion of the FINEOS Regional Capability Centre in Melbourne which is projected at more than 100 people over the next three years. The Premier was accompanied on his visit by senior government officials and Her Excellency, Mrs Anne Plunkett, Australian Ambassador to Ireland.

During the briefing with Michael Kelly, CEO, FINEOS Corporation, the Premier thanked FINEOS for selecting Melbourne as the host city for its regional operations. The Premier also raised the FINEOS contract with Victoria-based Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and the related work with the Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA).

Other regional clients highlighted during the visit included CommInsure, part of the Commonwealth Bank Group, which has been a client of FINEOS for a number of years and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) of New Zealand which went live with FINEOS Claims in 2006.
