Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

FINEOS people have a long history of contributing to society and the environment by supporting pro bono, philanthropic and charitable activities in the places where we work and live.

The FINEOS commitment to creating a world-class Corporate Social Responsibility program truly reinforces and brings to life our company vision to create “a world where protection from illness, injury and loss is accessible to everyone.”   Our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy also supports our purpose in which we “help our customers care for the people they serve through the delivery of superior insurance technology.”

Driven by our shared purpose, while building relationships with our clients and each other, we are committed to using our expertise to make the world a better place, and to encouraging and supporting our people to think about how they deliver on this commitment.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

FINEOS is committed to recognizing the value of diversity, intentionally building a work environment where all people feel included and valued both irrespective to and because of their differences.

Our mission is to be a “global market leader in group and individual core systems for life, accident and health on a single technology platform” and this requires a clear, committed, and complete approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through FINEOS Embrace.

Our employee-led Embrace program embeds DEI into our culture, engages and educates our employees, evaluates and measures our progress and champions DEI in our industry. The FINEOS culture continually empowers our talented global teams to produce their best work in an environment that is equitable to all.

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

FINEOS proudly joins a network of more than 1,100 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organizations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) program run by Reconciliation Australia. Our RAP tells the story of our Reconciliation journey and the actions we’re taking as a company with a presence in the region; we are engaged in improving outcomes for all Australians.

At FINEOS, our vision is “a world where protection from illness, injury and loss is accessible to everyone.” This is only achievable if we champion and work toward more inclusivity as a society. We hope that by taking meaningful action in consultation with our customers and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, FINEOS will help create a nation strengthened by respectful relationships, especially between the wider Australian community and First Nations peoples, as well as better health outcomes.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland

Gender Pay Gap reporting was officially launched in Ireland in 2022, and all companies with a headcount of more than 250 employees in Ireland are required to publish a Gender Pay Gap report. The Gender Pay Gap is a basic calculation of the percentage difference between average hourly earnings for those who identify as men and women, regardless of the work they do. Earnings include base pay, allowances and any other bonus and incentive pay for employees in Ireland.

The pay gap is not a measurement of equal pay. It is one basic measure across all jobs, not a measure of the differences in pay between men and women doing similar work. As a result, this report will show a gender pay gap even if those who identify as men and women are paid fairly in comparable roles.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is at the very foundation of our culture at FINEOS. As part of our Principal People Objective to “drive Organizational Health to gain competitive advantage and create a great place to work,” we are committed to recognizing the value of diversity among our employees, which includes intentionally building an environment where all employees feel included and valued both irrespective to, and because of, their differences. We are proud of our FINEOS DEI journey and look forward to continuing to evolve gender pay equity and gender representation within FINEOS and our industry.
