IBM and FINEOS team up to offer enhanced capabilities to improve the citizen-centric experience

The Framework is a unified software platform that enables government agencies to quickly deploy comprehensive solutions with industry-specific extensions at a lower cost, without compromising on flexibility or choice. FINEOS, a long established partner of IBM, supports claims processing for organisations that provide government social insurance for Bodily Injury, Compulsory Third-Party (CTP), Disability and Work Cover. In recognition of the strength of the FINEOS offering, delivered with IBM technologies and services, IBM has validated FINEOS as a leading software provider in the government arena.

The list includes the Accident Compensation Corporation (New Zealand), the Transport Accident Commission (Australia), the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (Canada), Manitoba Public Insurance (Canada), the Road Accident Fund (South Africa), WorkSafe Victoria (Australia), and the Lifetime Care and Support Authority (Australia).
