Industry experts to discuss real world benefits of modern claims technology and predictive analytics
FINEOS Corporation, a market leading provider of claims software solutions for insurance, will sponsor two sessions at upcoming industry events around the theme of Transformational Claims, focusing on the benefits that modern claims technology and predictive analytics can deliver to insurance organizations.
The first session takes place at this year’s IASA Conference in Nashville, TN and is entitled Transformational Claims Initiatives: Optimizing Claims Processing Results. The discussion, which will be chaired by FINEOS, includes presentations from Manitoba Public Insurance, Royal Ahold and representatives from industry leading organizations involved in claims and risk management solutions. Attendees will hear how two very different insurance organizations, a P&C carrier and a self insured company, are reaping significant business benefits from using modern claims technology and predictive modeling. The session takes place on Monday June 6 at 3:30pm CDT.
FINEOS will also sponsor the closing session at this year’s ACE Claims Event in New Orleans, LA. In the session, Karen Furtado of advisory firm Strategy Meets Action (SMA) will deliver a presentation exploring the ways in which claims professionals are using technology to improve operational performance and provide world class customer service to claimants. Karen will release the latest industry research on the state of claims automation – where it is now and what the future holds. Additionally, she will look at how the use of analytics coupled with better management of data is driving value to all involved in the claims process. The main findings of the SMA claims research can also be heard in a web seminar, Claims Transformation – Positioning for the Future, hosted by Property & Casualty 360 and sponsored by FINEOS and SAS on June 23 at 12:00 EST.
