FINEOS Corporation, a market leading provider of Claims Management software solutions for the London Market, in association with London Market Professionals, successfully concluded the second Annual London Market Claims Summit. This year’s Summit focused on the theme of “Transforming Claims from Operational Excellence to Competitive Advantage”.
This year’s event, held this year at Swan at The Globe Theatre on London’s Southbank, was packed with executives and there were speeches and presentations from leading industry practitioners, including a Keynote Speech from John Muir, Claims Operations Practice Manager at Willis. Richard Day, Vice President – Global Markets, Crawford & Company, gave a perceptive update on the progress of the London Market Volume Claims Service (VCS). FINEOS presented latest new capabilities in its Claims product and described the product Roadmap that will see it continue to support the needs of the Market.
