FINEOS Wins Employee Engagement Award at the HR Leadership and Management Awards

Company honoured for engaging employees in the success of the company and developing shared goals between employees and customers

FINEOS Corporation, a market leading provider of core processing systems for Life, Accident and Health insurance, has won the Most Effective Employee Engagement Strategy at the inaugural HR Leadership and Management Awards held in Dublin. There were 13 categories in all and FINEOS was also shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Use of Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) category.  FINEOS won the Employee Engagement Award against a strong field including Citibank, Comfort Keepers, Iron Mountain Ireland and National Rehabilitation Hospital.

The award was made in honour of FINEOS’ innovative Organisational Health (OH) strategy which links employee engagement to the heart of the business. The OH initiative looks at innovation and the use of various strategies for engaging employees in the success of a company, and developing shared goals between employees and customers. The OH project at FINEOS has paid dividends across all areas of the business and contributed significantly to the achievement of the FINEOS growth strategy.  Specifically it has resulted in excellent levels of employee retention and customer satisfaction and steady, profitable growth which has helped FINEOS to be the global market leader in its sector.
