FINEOS is delighted to be presenting at LIMRA’s 2015 Enrollment Technology Seminar which will take place in the Hyatt Regency Boston from February 3-4, 2015.
We will be involved in two sessions at the conference:
• Tuesday, Feb. 3, 11 AM – Chuck Johnston, Chief Marketing Officer, FINEOS will moderate a panel of experts on SSO and Web Services Integration. The discussion will focus on best practices for web service integration for carrier systems and enrollment platforms.
• Wednesday, Feb. 4, 9:30AM – Chuck Johnston and Eoin Kirwan, VP Product Management, will present FINEOS Administration Suite: Turning Distribution Disruption into an Opportunity for Enterprise Transformation.
Employee benefits insurers are very focused on delivering innovative new products and leveraging new and evolving distribution channels. The need to rapidly embrace these new product and distribution models is putting immense pressure on back office processes and systems, resulting in a very real concern that insurers will be unable to service what they sell with good standards of customer service.
In this session, we will discuss the opportunity insurers have to leverage these changes and stresses to take a pragmatic approach to process and technology transformation enabling better customer services levels, more flexible product options and ultimately better brand presence with consumers.
