Michael Kelly, a past winner of Ireland’s EY Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award, is founder and CEO of FINEOS Corporation. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, FINEOS employs over 1,000 people and is one of Ireland’s largest multi-national software companies, with customers and operations in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. In 2015, Michael was named one of the top 10 most influential executives in the Irish international FinTech sector.
Michael established FINEOS over 30 years ago with the goal of putting people at the center of modern core software administration systems for life assurance. He is passionate about the necessity for the life, accident and health insurance industry to modernize their core systems with person-centric, configurable and easy to use software technology designed to deliver operational efficiency along with the highest quality digital customer experience. FINEOS provides core administration software to some of the largest life, accident and health insurers in the world.

In August 2019, Michael led the FINEOS Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Australian Stock Exchange which has enabled FINEOS to raise AU$350m to support of its global growth strategy.
