Terri is an experienced global leader and board member with over 40 years of experience in strategic absence management.
Based in the US, Terri is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), which provides education, training and resources to employers and insurance professionals focusing on absence management compliance and business strategies. Her innovative and visionary leadership produced an increase in membership and revenue which propelled DMEC to become the only association serving absence management professionals in the US.
Prior to DMEC, Terri worked at non-profit, for profit and several Fortune 100 companies where she designed, implemented and provided strategic, consultative leadership to corporate absence programs. Terri brings an extensive background in absence management to the FINEOS board.
