You are cordially invited to attend the 9th annual FINEOS Global Summit, which will take place November 2 – 4, 2015 at the Mandarin Oriental, Washington, D.C.

The FINEOS Global Summit is the industry’s leading event to learn about core insurance technology trends in Life, Accident and Health Insurance. Attendees will hear from industry thought leaders, fellow insurers and FINEOS experts on best practices and the direction of insurance technology, and have the chance to network with each other to share ideas and experiences.

This Year's Venue

Within walking distance of some of the nation’s most cherished monuments, the Mandarin Oriental offers an elegant retreat in one of the world’s most important cities. Close to both Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian Institute, the hotel exudes a refined sense of style with beautifully designed rooms, a serene spa, excellent restaurants and legendary service. Conveniently located in the center of the city, we are within walking distance of many of Washington DC’s most famous attractions.

FINEOS has negotiated a terrific rate of $295 per night for the dates of the conference, with nights available at that rate available from Friday, Oct. 30 through Thursday. Nov. 5.

The Summit will officially begin with an opening reception in the Mandarin at 6PM on Monday, Nov. 2 and end at 5PM on Wednesday, Nov. 4.

Agenda

The FINEOS Global Summit 2015 agenda will be comprised of informative and educational sessions relating to this year’s theme, “Connect. Transform. Excel.”

We are excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be bestselling author and regular Forbes.com contributor, Micah Soloman.  Micah is one of the most popular keynote speakers on customer service, the customer experience, customer loyalty, and corporate culture.

Innovation and Excellence Awards

The FINEOS Innovation and Excellence Awards offer clients a unique opportunity to gain recognition both within their organizations and amongst industry peers.

Awards will be given in three categories:
