Overview

You are cordially invited to attend the 12th annual FINEOS Global Summit, which will take place October 15-17, 2018 at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami, Florida.

The FINEOS Global Summit is the industry’s leading event to learn about core insurance technology trends in Life, Accident and Health Insurance. Attendees will hear from industry thought leaders, fellow insurers and FINEOS experts on best practices and the direction of insurance technology while having the chance to network with each other to share ideas and experiences.

Agenda

The FINEOS Global Summit 2018 agenda will be comprised of informative and educational sessions relating to this year’s theme, “Transform Core Systems to Deliver Excellent Digital Customer Experience”.

The Summit will officially begin with a Welcome Reception at the JW Marriott Marquis at 6PM on Monday, October 15 and will conclude at 4PM on Wednesday, October 17.

Keynote Speaker

FINEOS is thrilled to announce that Christina “CK” Kerley will be our featured keynote speaker at Global Summit 2018. CK is an innovation keynoter, futurist and professor, focusing Fortune 500’s on the 10+ tech opportunities of the next 10 years.

A powerhouse of next-level content, “edu-training” delivery, and razor-sharp insights, CK has wowed audiences at Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Amazon, The United Nations, E*TRADE, and Best Buy.

Christina is a faculty member at Rutgers Business School for Exec Ed and her in-demand topics span Tech Megatrends, AI, Robotics, IoT, Health Tech, and Mobile. Her eBooks include Future-Proof, The Smart Revolution, and Innovation Through Mobile.

Rooftop Evening Event

The FINEOS Global Summit Dinner Event will take place on Tuesday evening, Oct 16th.

Traveling by water, we’ll embark on a cocktail cruise up the Miami River arriving at the Penthouse at Riverside Wharf. An evening of rooftop dining, live music and spectacular views of the Miami skyline await as we network with peers and celebrate successes, including the 25th year anniversary of FINEOS delivering customer excellence in Life, Accident and Health.

Venue

The JW Marriott Marquis Miami is located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell City Center district, centrally located to many of Miami’s most famous attractions such as the Perez Art Museum, Frost Science Museum, South Beach, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. To unwind and relax, the JW Marriott Marquis Miami features a stylish stainless steel pool and a full service Enliven Salon & Spa offering a 10% discount to FINEOS guests.

FINEOS has negotiated a room rate of $249 per night + tax for the dates of the conference, with nights available at that rate from October 10-20, 2018 based on availability. We are expecting great attendance, so we suggest you book your room early. The group rate will expire once the block is sold-out or on Friday September 28, 2018, whichever happens first.

Innovation and Excellence Awards

The FINEOS Innovation and Excellence Awards offer clients a unique opportunity to gain recognition both within their organizations and amongst industry peers.

Awards will be given in 3 categories:

  • Maximizing the Impact of FINEOS Product Capability
  • Delivering Excellence in Customer Service
  • Delivering Excellence in Business Innovation

Awards, which will include Summit accommodation expenses*, will be presented at the FINEOS Global Summit 2018 in Miami, FL. Award winners will also be invited to present at the Summit.
