FINEOS Corporation, a market leading provider of claims management software, is today announcing its London Market Claims Summit which will take place on 21st November 2013, in Lord’s Cricket Ground, London. The theme of the Summit “Putting the Customer First: Driving Innovation in Claims” will examine innovations in delivering an effective, customer centric claims experience.
Industry experts and thought-leaders, along with FINEOS customers and partners will outline the current challenges and priorities facing London Market insurers in providing efficient claims management and quality customer claims service. FINEOS will describe the latest enhancements to the FINEOS Claims for the London Market product and discuss recent innovations in Claims Analytics, Reporting, Viewpoint Portals and Cloud as it applies to the London Market.
Recently, quality of service has become a primary differentiator as offerings from different insurers and markets begin to converge. FINEOS customers will provide real world examples at the Summit, demonstrating the role of effective claims management technologies and processes.
The event will be chaired by Jonathan Clark, Head of Business Solutions and Syndicate Claims Management, SCOR. Industry experts including Ben Bolton of Gracechurch Consulting, Roger Oldham, Amethyst Consulting and Malcolm Beane, Advisor to Lloyd’s Market Association will examine how to build a global claims environment that can meet and exceed customer expectations and allow claims managers to spend more time on customer communication and interactions rather than administration. The event will also be attended by representatives from Lloyd’s, LMA, IUA and ACORD.
Former England cricket captain and the most capped English Test cricketer of all time, Alec Stewart, OBE, will provide the after dinner talk and those in attendance will have the opportunity to visit the famous Ashes which are currently housed in the Museum at Lord’s.
