FINEOS Corporation, the market-leading provider of group, voluntary and individual core systems for life, accident and health insurance, has today commenced its twelfth annual FINEOS Global Summit in the JW Marriot Marquis, Miami, FL. The theme for this year’s event is “Transform Core Systems to Deliver Excellent Digital Customer Experience” and features presentations from FINEOS customers, product owners and industry thought-leaders. Christina “CK” Kerley, an innovation keynoter, futurist and professor opened the Summit with a keynote address that challenges IT leaders to consider the bold moves they need to make today to win them the business of tomorrow.
Michael Kelly, CEO, FINEOS updated customers on the significant company, product and market advances FINEOS has achieved since last year’s Summit. He discussed the importance of modern core technology in achieving digital transformation and highlighted ways carriers are making every customer event and interaction an opportunity to retain and grow their business.
FINEOS continues to invest in the FINEOS AdminSuite core platform for Policy, Billing, Absence & Claims, and is achieving record levels of business growth with existing and new name customers. In support of on-going growth, FINEOS has opened offices in Atlanta Georgia, US, and Hong Kong, China. Advanced plans are in place for an office and support center in Tokyo, Japan. Many FINEOS multi-national customers operate in the Asian market.
The presentation was followed by the Innovation & Excellence awards which went to Dearborn National and Sun Life Financial in recognition of their use of FINEOS technology to achieve operational excellence within their organizations. Other agenda highlights include:
