It used to be that claims management was not a high priority for the life insurance enterprise, as it was seen as a non-complex, one-off event. Regulation, legacy complexity and an increasingly demanding consumer hungry for a better service experience are forcing carriers to rethink how they deliver consistently on their claims promise across the enterprise. This new thinking places clients at the heart of the process, creating greater transparency for them as well as providing the carrier with richer claims information from which to fine-tune future propositions. Join Celent and FINEOS to explore the changing landscape for life claims across the industry, both for Group and Individual, and the key trends being observed. Key topics covered will include:
- The business drivers behind considering claims as a stand-alone component in Life
- Who this trend applies to most
- Opportunities and challenges
- How to apply the lessons learned and key solution considerations
- A brief introduction to FINEOS Claims for Life
