Last week, the bright lights of Times Square weren’t the only things shining in New York City, our incredible FINEOS community came together for an unforgettable customer event that showcased innovation, insight, and inspiration.
We welcomed over 100 delegates representing a vibrant mix of customers, prospects, partners, and FINEOS colleagues for a day and a half packed with thought leadership, product vision, and meaningful connections.
Opening the Day with Vision and Leadership
The event kicked off on Tuesday with a compelling opening keynote from our CEO, Michael Kelly, who shared our continued commitment to empowering the life, accident, and health insurance industry through the FINEOS AdminSuite and our broader platform vision.
Following that, our Product Management team took the stage to deliver exciting updates across our suite — including a focused session on the rapidly evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in insurance operations. A particular highlight was the engaging closing of the session by Terry Buechner from AWS, who offered a perspective on the strategic importance of AI infrastructure and how AWS is enabling agility at scale for partners like FINEOS.

Wednesday: Roadmaps and Strategic Advisory
Wednesday morning offered a deeper dive into our product roadmaps, with breakout sessions focused on capabilities and innovations across the FINEOS Platform. A dedicated session on AI provided a closer look at how we’re integrating intelligent automation and insights into core processes.
We also hosted both our Canadian and US Customer Advisory Boards, providing a forum for strategic dialogue and shared planning as we continue to evolve our offerings to meet the real-world needs of our customers.
