This week we have been counting down to the FINEOS Global Summit which kicks off in San Francisco on Monday.

Insurer-led sessions will feature case studies and best practices highlighting excellence in customer service, business innovation, or showing innovative use of the FINEOS product. Speakers have been chosen based on the FINEOS Innovation & Excellence Award submissions.
There will also be two panel discussion sessions where FINEOS will moderate a panel of insurers discussing the top challenges they are seeing in the industry today, experiences they have had within their organizations seeking innovative solutions, and where they see the most opportunity for improvement in the future. The first panel will feature business executives’ perspectives while the second will take perspectives from the CIO.
FINEOS-led Sessions will be presented in a series of roadmap and breakout sessions moderated by FINEOS staff and will include customers and third-party experts where appropriate.
Of course, it can’t be all work and no play, and Tuesday night’s special event will be a private sunset cruise of the San Francisco Bay aboard a luxury yacht. The evening will feature stunning views of the San Francisco skyline, dinner, drinks, and entertainment, including casino games.
